Fay "Clemmy" Hale
Fay "Clemmy" Hale, 91 of Parker City, died Sunday morning, January 14, 2018 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1926 in Parker City and was the son of the late Pete & Ethel (Clemons) Hale.
Fay worked in several area factories and lastly was employed at Riches Foundry in Yorktown. He enjoyed fishing and playing pool. Fay honorably and faithfully served his country in the United States Army.
Fay is survived by his three children Wayne Hale (Cinda), Jerry Hale (Mary), and Sherry Clevenger all of Parker City; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; a sister Rita Kay Burkett of Syracuse, IN. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Thelma Joan (Gibson) Hale in 2015; two brothers a twin Ray Hale and brother Gordon; a sister Betty Vest also preceded him in death.
Funeral Services for Fay will be held Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Garden View Funeral Home, with Pastor Glenn Greiner officiating. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Army and the Delaware County Honor Guard following the services at the funeral home. Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
